" A belief is only a thought that I keep thinking.
A belief is only a thought that I keep thinking.
A belief is only a thought that I keep thinking."
Belief Life Review
If that is true for you ... why don't you reach into that bag of belief tricks and do a little house cleaning? Clean out the cobwebs and traces of your old beliefs by taking a good look at your current thoughts?
Ask yourself ... what beliefs are old, outdated and no longer serve me or my current reality by comparing the thoughts that you have been currently thinking with those beliefs..
As personal, as well as mass human consciousness, evolves and expands, each one of us will find it vital to perform a little inventory every so often to reassess and then discard some of the beliefs that we have collected in that little bag of tricks over this lifetime.
Some beliefs will continue to serve us while others will actually prove to be humorous to us (almost superstitiously) upon the review and we will allow them to fall by the way side of our spiritual path.
If we do not clean out our belief system from time to time we will eventually discover, much to our chagrin that we have been weighed down by unnecessary emotional baggage.
When we, as spirits in a physical body, experience an overload in emotional baggage ... we become blocked in our physical bodies in the areas that are related to that emotional baggage. (see Source Energy & Chakras) Soon to follow the blockage is the manifestation of discord which translates to our not being in harmony with our own selves ... and THAT translates to dis-ease. That dis-ease can be seen in something as small (in the onset) as a toothache or a muscle spasm or ha, even a pimple!
Every dis-ease ... which simply means our body is not AT EASE ... represents an underlying emotional issue. Those "issues" are brought about by a thought that we keep on thinking ... or a "belief." Our dominant thoughts eventually manifest ... it is Universal Law.
Those issues are not first brought about by an event or person, or place or thing in our lives like most of us think. Those issues are brought about FIRST by a thought ... and THEN by that thought becoming a belief in our belief system. Our beliefs support HOW WE VIEW THINGS ... or our perception OF those events, people, places things that regularly appear in our life experiences. Our dominant thoughts eventually manifest ... it is Universal Law.
Upon our virtual life review the opportunity presents itself to analyze that baggage for what it is and be grateful for it's presence in our belief bag of tricks. After feeling the appreciation of it's role in our life's evolvement, we can then, effectively, understand the value of that particular belief and relate it to our present reality. Our dominant thoughts eventually manifest ... it is Universal Law.
Then and only then are we emotionally equipped to dub that particular belief as a service or disservice to us. And only the person who is conducting his or her life review can make the decision to keep or discard a particular belief. Our dominant thoughts eventually manifest ... it is Universal Law.
Just as there are guidelines or helpful tips used by modern-day home organizers, so are there a few helpful guidelines to the life review of your belief system. Although not specified by the label of "guidelines" the following information has been gleaned from a workshop presented by Esther and Jerry Hicks while delivering some self-empowering information on the Law of Attraction. Please go to their website for even further information on the Law of Attraction and begin to create your own reality by allowing your own belief system to evolve, expand and mature for the very service of YOU ... which assists in the evolution, expansion and the forever growth of mass consciousness ... which, in turn and ultimately ... contributes to the evolution, expansion and the forever growth of ALL THAT IS ... some call it Source Energy ...some call it Universal Intelligence. YOU may call it ... God.
In order to define what you keep within your personal belief system and what is necessary to discard ... here are several questions that you might ask yourself during this very process:
1. Does this particular belief support the power of my own thoughts? (or does it purely support the thoughts of others?)
2. Does this particular belief support the go(o)dness of the Universe? (or does it purely support that which views the Universe as dark with evil intent?)
3. Does this particular belief support my own worthiness? (or does it purely support that I am a sinner in need of salvation?)
4. Does this particular belief support the power of who I really am? (or does it purely support that I am inferior to my Source?)
5. Does this particular belief support the Laws of the Universe, especially the cooperative Law of Attraction? (or does it purely support that which relies exclusively on the end result being physical manifestation as proof?)
6. Does this particular belief support that all things are possible? (or does it purely support that seeing is believing and the only truth?)
7. Does this particular belief support that I am the creator of my own reality? (or does it purely support that some outside force is responsible ?)
Again, these are merely beginning guidelines
to assist in your life review ... your virtual house
cleaning of your belief system.
After utilizing this process several times, and studying metaphysical and spiritual concepts,
you will become quite proficient at the prioritization of your reality.
